Brand Story
Our refreshed new brand identity sees an evolution of the ‘key’ brandmark — symbolising the unlocking of new potential.
The individual design elements represent the brand promise of a self-perpetuating knowledge ecosystem.
The yellow ‘sun’ stands for energised enterprises, fuelled by, and in turn fuelling, the professional growth of their people, represented by the green ‘trees’. The blue ‘water’ symbolises a seamless two-way flow between the organisations and their teams.
These elements also combine to form stylised versions of the initials of the People Trust name.

Ratan Postwalla
A wearer of many hats, Ratan manages many responsibilities at People Trust. From overseeing projects for our Advisory and Careers business lines, to taking on the responsibilities of business development and brand growth; Ratan has, over the years, strengthened who we are and what we do as an organisation.
Bringing over 20 years of global consulting acumen and experience to the table, Ratan’s understanding of business models and the challenges they come with provide our clients with much-needed practical insights and solutions.
Prior to co-founding People Trust, Ratan held a leadership position at EXL Service’s Finance Transformation team in New York and London, and prior to that, commenced his career with KPMG’s Assurance team in India. He is a Bachelor of Commerce from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and an MBA fro the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
A passionate athlete and sportsperson, Ratan commits his spare time to several community and charitable sporting initiatives, setting an example for the rest of us to follow.

Sayak Bhanja
A self-confessed nerd, Sayak’s understanding of technical topics and ability to break them down into simple, basic concepts is what drives People Trust’s Learning business line. From classroom workshops to cutting-edge eLearning modules, it is this focus on learning (versus training) that defines our capabilities.
Sayak’s focused and direct approach to tackling client situations, across business lines, brings a method to the madness that is management consulting.
Sayak commenced his career at PwC, working in their Audit and Advisory teams, and then went on to hold a senior management position at EXL Service, managing their Finance Transformation business in the Asia-Pacific region. He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
An avid consumer of fiction, both on print and film, Sayak’s ability to incorporate popular references into our Learning content contributes to higher participant engagement, making a workshop a memorable experience for many!
