Transforming fresh graduates into project-ready management consultants
People Trust designed and rolled out a comprehensive year-long ‘Graduate Program’, covering both technical and behavioural topics, focused on building capabilities necessary for working in global client environments.
The success of the Program was validated by all the participants being deployed on projects in the US and the UK, and with People Trust being asked to conduct the Program for subsequent batches of graduate hires.

Virtual Classroom workshop for US Banking Collections for a client based in the philippines
People Trust conceptualised, designed and delivered a five-day long workshop on Collections in the US Banking industry, encompassing products, processes and regulations.
This workshop was delivered remotely via virtual classrooms to several hundred employees, spread across multiple batches, to prepare them for deployment on client processes.

Driving Strategic Performance Management at a REGIONAL AML regulator BASED IN BAHRAIN
Our client, a Bahrain-based regional anti-money laundering regulator overseeing 21 countries, wished to implement a strategic performance management system to improve individual and departmental productivity, and better engage with its members. They were also keen to ensure that all employees and stakeholders understood and adopted the system to achieve its intended objective.
People Trust’s dual domain experience in AML and Strategic HR enabled us to easily understand the organisation’s objectives and requirements, design a simple and effective performance management program & policy, and implement the same via a series of workshops with all stakeholders.

Our client, a C&F Agent for one of India’s leading multinational pharma companies, required assistance with strategic direction, operational inefficiencies, process control and several motivational issues plaguing their staff.
People Trust was able to successfully realign management’s vision, redesign critical business processes, and identify and remediate gaps and redundancies across processes. In addition, the implementation of management coaching and employee-focused people policies helped eliminate a range of HR issues, and implement a professional, transparent work environment.

People Trust has designed and developed a variety of eLearning content for clients across industries, spanning technical topics (e.g. Finance & Accounting, Anti-Money Laundering, Six Sigma), behavioural subjects (e.g. Feedback Skills, Business Communications) and organisational Governance and Compliance-related topics (e.g. Code of Conduct & Ethics, Data Privacy, Whistle Blower Policy).

Transforming Compliance policies into engaging e-learning content for a transportation company
People Trust was approached to transform internal Compliance policies for the Indian operations of a global pioneer in business transportation solutions. We designed and developed the eLearning modules which were then hosted on a third-party web-based Learning Management System (LMS). We were also responsible for identifying the web-based LMS solution (focusing on learner experience, 'ease-of-use' and 'near-zero downtime'), setting up the learning portal and user administration.
One of People Trust's first post-Covid engagements, challenges around user accessibility were largely mitigated by the simplicity of the LMS and round-the-clock assistance provided to users by the People Trust team.
designing case workshops for multiple verticals of a ‘big four’ consulting firm
People Trust conceptualised, designed and wrote multiple case studies for the in-house ‘Business School’ of a Big Four consulting firm.
Each case study comprised of two or thee days of interactions, scenarios and simulations, testing the participants on a variety of technical and behavioural parameters that reflected what they might expect during the course of their work.
Our team members’ prior experience of working as management consultants for two of the Big Four firms held us in good stead, as we were successfully able to bring real-world scenarios into the classroom.
Design and delivery of a virtual program on Instructional design and elearning development
People Trust designed and delivered a three-day program for the Learning & Development function of a global leader in ITeS.
Facilitated entirely as a virtual classroom, the objectives of the program were to share best practices in instructional design and content development in the context of e-learning development projects.
Participants were familiarised with concepts and techniques identified as best practices and using simulation-based exercises, allowed to practice them within the classroom environment.
